A very cozy but small spot! This doesn’t stop this establishment from really doing big things! The other day I had an Ube latte and must say it’s my favorite around the downtown area! As well as their espresso, it’s done so well! The taste and the aroma are something I think about and will have me hovering around the shop for another cup!

Stopped by Bleu Coffee for a matcha and a pastry. Got a lavender matcha with oat milk and a hazelnut croissant. The lavender matcha was smooth, lightly sweet. The matcha flavor was also on the lighter side but the lavender came through. The hazelnut croissant was also just the right amount of sweet. Large space with two levels of seating (+ outside seating in the warmer months).

Stumbled upon this gem of a coffee shop today on my way to meet a client, and pleasantly surprised at how large the cafe is, and the nice ambiance. Liam is awesome! The menu made me extremely confused and he walked me through it patiently. The drink was wonderful and I’m excited to share the croissants with my client. I will return soon, and this time bring the client with me!

4.5 a very well crafted balanced pour over. The brew is a great example of what coffee should taste like if someone never had coffee and you want them to try it. It is very good coffee. No flavors were out of balance everything worked together very well. It is not going to revolutionize coffee with a boutique flavor profile, but it did not want or need to. It was a little pricey. The service was slow. However, the barista warned me “it’s going to take a while”. I waited patiently and it wasn’t a problem, the vibe is really good. But realistically their systems should be able to handle the amount of customers present, and certainly they could have prepared for the influx due to the event. I would definitely go again and would consider re-rating up to a 5

I love the atmosphere in blue coffee and also match! It has huge windows, which brightens up the space. The second floor is my favorite seating area which is more private and quiet. You can bring your dog to the coffee shop, and I think it is friendly to mothers with babies. The music of the coffee shop is also great. The staff is also nice here. It must be lucky to live in the apartment to have such nice coffee every day.
